CEDA Program

The mission of California Energy Design Assistance (CEDA) is to support California’s decarbonization goals. We achieve this through energy-efficient strategies and decarbonization measures.

As the decarbonization landscape continues to evolve, we remain committed to innovation, collaboration, and adaptation. Furthermore, these efforts help establish CEDA as a key driver in California’s sustainable, low-carbon future.

The California Energy Design Assistance (CEDA) program promotes electrification and decarbonization. This includes new building construction and major renovation projects. CEDA collaborates with project teams to reduce energy demand, consumption, and carbon emissions.

CEDA serves commercial, public, high-rise multifamily, industrial, and agricultural projects in Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E), Southern California Edison (SCE), SoCalGas (SCG), and San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) service areas.
