As California’s second fully electric pool\, this facility demonstrates how municipalities can eliminate fossil fuels while advancing ambitious climate goals. \nDeveloped in alignment with the City of Piedmont’s Climate Action Plan\, this project reflects ambitious goals for decarbonization. It was designed by Guttman & Blaevoet Consulting Engineers and ELS Architecture & Urban Design\, demonstrating how collaboration can deliver sustainable\, cost-effective public infrastructure. \nProject highlights include: \n\nSupporting targets of a 50% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2045\nSolar systems capable of offsetting up to 25% of energy demand\nProjected to save over $1.8 million in energy costs over 25 years\n\nJoin us to explore a leading example of all-electric design in action! \n
